The graphs in this section show the number of Airprox notifications for each year compared with the previous 5-year averages. Also shown are the overall Airprox numbers and risk categorisations for the last 20 years, and the risk classifications within these for the subsections of Commercial Air Transport (CAT), General Aviation (GA) and Military (Mil) for the last 10 years.
It should be noted that adding up the CAT, GA and Mil numbers for a specific year in the subsection graphs will not equal the total number shown in the overall graph. This is because some Airprox involve aircraft from two subsections and are therefore displayed twice, once in each subsection.
Annual Airprox statistics are published for each year in the section Annual Airprox summary reports.
