An Airprox is a situation in which, in the opinion of a pilot or air traffic services personnel, the distance between aircraft as well as their relative positions and speed have been such that the safety of the aircraft involved may have been compromised.

The best way to submit an Airprox report is by using the UKAB app, available from Google Play or the App Store.

The Airprox Report Form for civilian pilots:
Civilian ATCOs should obtain the report form from their Unit.
Military ATCOs and pilots should submit an Airprox DASOR iaw MAA RA 1410.
